Our buy-back model enables investments in selected real estate projects with a contractually defined buy-back option. Clear conditions ensure planability, transparency, and a defined exit strategy from the start. In contrast to classic interest investments, the return is based on the value development of the property. Especially in growth and development regions, this model offers an attractive return perspective with simultaneous structured security.

Important: This is not an interest product and not a "guaranteed return".
