Legal conditions for our services

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Eurasium and its customers.

Eurasium operates as a real estate broker and investment advisor, but is not a financial institution or bank.

Services

Eurasium offers services in the following areas:

  • Real estate brokerage (shell construction, new construction, existing properties)
  • Real estate investment advisory
  • Organization of property viewings
  • Support during purchase processes
  • Support before, during, and after real estate acquisition

Eurasium does not sell financial products and does not offer interest or return products.

Buyback Models

For selected real estate projects, a buyback option may additionally be offered.

Important:

  • The buyback option is not an interest model
  • It does not represent an interest, return, or profit promise
  • It is based on contractually regulated purchase and buyback agreements

The specific conditions arise exclusively from the respective individual contract.

No Investment or Financial Advice

The services provided by Eurasium do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

Customers are advised to seek their own professional advice before making an investment decision.

Liability Disclaimer

Eurasium is not liable for:

  • economic developments
  • market changes
  • property value developments
  • decisions by third parties (e.g., developers, authorities)

Real estate investments are subject to market-dependent risks.

No Commission for Customers

Eurasium's services are commission-free for customers.

Compensation is provided exclusively by the respective project developer or builder.

Contract Conclusion

A contractual relationship is established only through a written agreement or the conclusion of a purchase contract.

Data Protection

The current privacy policy of Eurasium applies.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Turkey applies, unless mandatory legal regulations oppose this.

Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining regulations remains unaffected.
